BLOOM
A one-time, low-prep phone consultation designed to give you quick clarity and practical next steps.
We’ll identify what’s causing your current sleep hiccup and outline simple, effective solutions to support more restful sleep for your family.
Bloom is perfect when your baby is generally a good sleeper and you just need targeted advice for one specific area—like nap transitions, early morning wakes, routine tweaks, short-term regressions, or moving from cot to bed.
Bloom is not a sleep training package and is not suitable for frequent night waking, ongoing settling difficulties, multiple sleep challenges, or families seeking comprehensive sleep support.
What’s included:
-
30-minute phone consultation
-
Holistic review of your child’s routines, sleep patterns, and environment
-
Practical, personalised solutions for your specific sleep concern
-
Written summary with step-by-step action points and an age-appropriate routine
-
One follow-up email within 7 days to check in and ensure confidence moving forward
-
Can be booked as an add-on after any full package.
Best for: Families with generally good sleepers who need quick, targeted advice for one specific challenge—not full sleep coaching or major sleep changes.
